CONSIDER ASKING THESE 8 QUESTIONS WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE INTERNAL CONFLICT:
Write down your answers and notice your insights, understanding, and clarity.
This will allow you to have more Acceptance of What Is!
1. What is my highest purpose or intention for being, having, holding, or keeping this part of me now?
2. What does this part do for me now?
3. How does it serve me now?
4. And when I am in this way (feeling, thinking or doing) how does this feel for me now?
5. And what do I get out of being, thinking, feeling this way?
6. What happens in my life when this part is active?
7. How does this part fit or match with my goals or my life now? And finally,
8. How does this part fit or match with who I choose, need or want to become now?
